Terms and conditions

  • All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees)
  • All shipments will be made within 5 days of order being placed. Allow 8-10 days for the delivery of the purchased product.
  • Currently, we ship to all major cities in India
  • Currently, cash on delivery is not supported and all purchases will have to be made online upfront
  • All care will be taken to ensure that the product is suitably packaged to avoid any transit damage.
  • However, in the worst event of a product being delivered damaged, please take a moment to read the refund policy.
  • If you like a product that has been sold out, please write to us at contact@woodooz.com. We may be able to reproduce one just for you. The delivery times will vary in such cases.
  • We may also not be able to fulfill all such requests as it is subject to availability of fabric.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing the reason. Full refund will be made in such cases. 
  • Purchases are considered final once the payment is made. Customer does not have the option to execute cancellations. However, changes (Customer wanting to pick a different product) can be effected subject to availability and notification within 24 hours of making payment. Write to us at contact@woodooz.com under such circumstances.
  • No changes will be entertained after the shipment has been made
  • No changes will be entertained in the case of custom made products
