Refund policy

  • Please ensure the product is inspected at the time of receipt
  • Inform us at contact@woodooz.com of any damage to the product (With a photo) within 48 hours of receipt of the product
  • All damaged products (Duly acknowledged by us) need to be shipped to us in the original packaging within 5 days, the shipping cost of which will be borne by us
 

In case the product is damaged and acknowledged by us,the customer can exercise the following options

  1. Get a replacement of the same product
  2. Get it exchanged with a different product, of the same or higher value. No cash refunds will be made for the differential price.
  3. Use the amount as credit to purchase products in the future.

Given that we make one or two of each of the designs, and the same design is not available for replacement, a full refund will be made. We will try to accommodate as much of your request as we can in these circumstances. Nothing more is important than our customer’s delightful experience with us.

The refund / exchange policy does not apply to products that have been damanged after receipt.

 

Note :
Full refund is only when we are not able to honor point 1 above and the customer is not willing to exercise points 2 and 3. Refunds otherwise will not be entertained.

 

Note : All replacements / refunds / exchanges / credit purchases will be entertained only after receipt of the original damaged product
